Our Story
The Jackson family have been farming at Carnaby House Farm since 1898. Since the late 1970s, we have grown Winter Oilseed Rape successfully and have consistently produced good yields on our Yorkshire Wold land. In the latter half of 2006 we started to research the production of cold pressing oil seed rape to produce rape seed oil for the culinary market. With the help of Growing Routes, this brings us to where we are now. We produce Extra virgin, cold pressed rapeseed oil that has been grown on the farm, pressed on the farm and is bottled on the farm. We are proficient and experienced growers of oilseeds as well as having a total commitment to quality and full traceability of our products.
